This policy explains what information Wild Boar Meats, LLC ("we") collects through wildboarmeats.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you send us through our forms: your name, phone number, email, address and the details of your order or request.
Technical information sent with every form: your IP address, browser type and the page you sent it from. We use it to block spam and abuse.
Our website does not use advertising cookies and does not take payments. Card payments are taken by phone.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request: to confirm and ship orders, to send wholesale price lists, to arrange hog deliveries, hunter licenses, landowner matches and tournament entries, and to keep the records the law requires us to keep about the hogs we buy. We do not sell or rent your information.

When you sign up as a landowner or hunter, we share your name and contact details with the hunter, trapper or landowner we match you with, after telling you first.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and order records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our legal and tax records, after which we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it by law). Call 254-315-1289 or write to us at 1005 NW 4th Street, Hubbard, TX 76648.

Service providers

Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
