These terms apply to orders placed with Wild Boar Meats, LLC through our website or by phone. Hunter licenses and tournaments have their own rules, published on the hunter license and tournaments pages.

Orders and prices

Sending the order form is a request, not a completed purchase. An order is confirmed when we speak with you, agree the items, total and ship date, and take payment. Prices on the website may change; the price confirmed on the phone is the price you pay. Items sold by weight (such as legs and whole hogs) are billed on actual weight.

Shipping

Shipping costs, ship days and our policy for packages that arrive thawed or damaged are described on the shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

Returns

Because our products are perishable food, we cannot accept returns. If something is wrong with your order, call us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Food safety

Wild boar must be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 160°F (71°C). Pet products are raw and must be handled as raw meat. Follow the handling guidance on our product, pet food and FAQ pages.
